Every human strive hard to satisfy the needs of himself/family etc.Even if an individual wants to satisfy some basic needs he/she shoud have to strive hard to get complete the basic needs like food,clothing,shelter etc.

-In this fast growing world everybody has there own needs which has to get satisfised according to the priorities,as everybody is now getting habituated to the luxuries and even want there children to enjoy the luxuries and get habituated to them.

-When the consumer is need of something then only he/she thinks to get buy the product

-Consumer Buying behavior is defined as the sum of the consumer\'s preferences,recognitions,attitudes,decisions etc which make in the market place before buying the product or service.

This is the first step of the model which tells about the actual problem which has been facing by the consumer what is the need of the product.

For example when we feel hungry we decide to have food which means the problem is feeling hungry which has to be solved by going out to have or getting something ordered.

-Information research:

This is the next step in which we gather information by doing the research which can solve our need .

Forexample out need was food we enquire about which restuarent is good and what type of food we want to have like chinese,Indian,Continental etc according to the situation we are facing.

-Evaluation

Afer gathering the information consumer goes with the evalution like needs,want,prefernces and look out the financial resources which the consumer can bear for buying it.For example the food the consumer can afford and get satisfied with the amount he/she spent to purchase the product or service.

-Purchase

At this step the consumer will be purchasing the product or service according to the availabilty and price which the consumer can afford and get the satisfaction from spending his amount for the sake for the sake of the need.

-The consumer buying decision process depends on the many factors like

-Cultural:Culture is the most important factor of the buying behavoir of the customer as it tells about the culture of the consumer his class,his needs and wants,whether he/she can afford the product or service or not.

-Social: It tellsabout the consumers family,their needs,childrern,their want to buy the product or service.

-Personal: It tells about the consumers actual need for buying an howmuch they can afford to purchase.unril the product or service is within the budget of the consumer he/she will not be able to get for themselves.

-Psychological: It tells about the nature of the consumer whether he/she are particular about buying the product or service or the consumer is just getting the information without taking the step of buying.

The market place has to atrract each and every individual which satisfies consumers needs according to their affordability and availabilty.
