Centre = ( -3,1)

2a = 8 ---> a=4

e = c/a

3 = c/4----> c= 12

sqrt(a^2 +b^2) = 12----> 144 = a^2 +b^2

b^2 = 144 -16 = 128

equation of hyperbola :(y-1)^2/16 - (x +3)^/128 =1
