Variances in the manner in which criminal justice professionals view morals and ethics absolutely impacts day-to-day decision making. In a large precints we have hundreds or thousands of people and all of them view or face the same situation but each of them have their individual thought. There occurs are few differences in ethical decision making from person to person. All these differences are just because of ur mind set and the major factor which plays a major role is the manner in which you grew up and what your parents taught you what is right and what is wrong. And also what our community established by law that was right or wrong could also explain the differences in decision making.

Lets take an example

Lets think 4 officers raid a home and there they find an large amount of drugs and an even greater amount of money.

Officer- 1: Coul think that taking little of the money would be ok.

Officer- 2: Could think taking little of the drugs and selling it. So that he can make some money and he feels it would be ok.

Officer- 3 Could think that taking a little money and a little bit of drugs would be ok.

Officer- 4: And yet another could think he has to cease of everything and it all is what needs to be done.

Every one is in the same place facing the same situation. But the way of thinking is different from each. All these depends upon the situation he was raised and he has to fid out what is right what is wrong all that explain the differences in decision making.
