One cannot draw correlations with nominal data but the test
One cannot draw correlations with nominal data, but the test for coincidence is not inconsequential. How would this test be useful in a Title VII discrimination case? What level of significance would you use, and why?
Solution
this test useful in title VII discrimination case
since in title VII prohibits employement discrimination based on sex ,race, color ,religion ,and national origin.
these all are nominal data so as test for coincidence is not inconsequential for nominal data so this test is also inconsequential for title VII discrimination case.
i will use 0.05 level of significance because this is more common significance level and also provide a better result.
