Xavier sells no more than 1 house = Px ( x <= 1 ) = Px(x=0) + Px(x=1)

Px(x=0)= 0.2 + 0.12 + 0.05 = 0.37

Px(x=1) = 0.13 + 0.2 +0.07 = 0.4

Px ( x <=1) = 0.37 + 0.4 = 0.77

b)
