(a) Determine the frequency of oscillation for a ring oscillator made using 17 of these gates, assuming that each stage has 2 pF load capacitance, (b) Find the dynamic dissipation for the 17-inverter ring assuming the supply voltage is 2.5V. Internal capacitance of the gates may be neglected in comparison to the external loading of 2 pF.
