In this experiment, they wanted to determine how the level of p19 protein changes in mouse cells due to serum stimulation. These cells were p19+/+ (WT). The cells were grown in low serum for 60-72 hours. Then, medium with serum was added back and at the times shown, a western block was conducted.  

State the results.

Solution

Although the experiment is not giving so clear result we are unable to conclude anything because of the unrqual loading of loading control GAPDH but still this result indicating that the P19 is neither of these group because there is no significant difference in the expression of p19 with respect to time.
