Solution

If we prove that all sides are equal to all sides of second triangle then we are good to conclude that the traingles are congruent

EF = AB ( A digonal covering 2 boxes vertically and 1 box horizontally)

GF = BC ( same as above)

AD=HE (3 boxes vertical 1 hortizontal)

DC = HG( 2 boxes horozontal and 4 vertical boxes covered)

IF 4 sides are equal, 5th is going to be equal.

Hence, both the pentagons are congruent.
