Gene therapy is described as a techniques to know the genetic disorder and replacing mutated gene .Mutated gene is repleced through virus . cystic fibrosis is genetic disorder caused by mutated gene called CFTR . CF causes lung and digestive system become clogged up with stiky mucus

Virus can not enter in lung because lung defence system stoped the virus from entering . Therfore new approach is used . The gene was encased in bubble fat and deliverd to lung via nebuliser .

Plasma membrane is selective pemeable membrane that allow certain molecules or ion to pass through by mean of active or passive transport . so plama membrane cause problem in gene therapy .
