Solution

The animal tissues are major sources of bacteria. The tissues are colonized by various types of bacteria in various amounts depending on conditions prevailing in the tissues. Therefore, bacteria of same kind also differ in number in different tissues. Ground meat harbors huge amounts of bacteria but the samples of meat collected from different tisuues have different amounts or numbers of bacteria.
