Q1) Trainer needs to be good at articulating and communicating to the trainees and also need to understand the communication process to ensure there is a two-way interaction between the trainer and the trainees resulting in effective training program. Trainees will be able to not only understand what has been thought but they can train others as well as implement what has been learned in training.

Q2) Training process is a way of communication as it requires all the below elements to ensure it is effective -

1. Sender - Trainer is the sender of communication message

2. Encoding - This involves communicating the thoughts of the trainer into an language and message

3. Communication channel - Depending upon the training location, this can be classroom through power point presentation, audio or video calls etc.

4. Decoding - The trainees decode the message to understand what has been communicated.

5. Receiver - Trainee is the receiver of the message

6. Feedback - This is the feedback in the form of queries that a trainee provides the trainer.

Q3) I have attended a recent session on how various advanced technologies like Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Internet of Things etc. are changing the competitive landscape by automating the processes and providing secure solutions.The reason for the poor communication is the lack of indepth material to present and the superficial explanation of the speakers. The issue is with sender and encoding of the communication process.

The effect of the lack of communication is that the the particpants had hundreds of questions and lack of clarity regarding how each of these technologies are different to one another.
