No, I don\'t agree to this statement. Advertisement keeps you in the eye of the customer. You may not achieve an increase in sales but you\'ll not lose customers. At the least you\'ll retain your existing customers. You can always hope to get more customers. The few amount you spend in advertising to retain a customer is much lesser than gaining a lost customer. An advertisement makes the prospective customer aware of the fact that the product is still available in the market. So, according to me, if not possible, invest atleast a minimum amount to advertising.
