Contemporary knowledge and skills will be used to build effective communication with the different stakeholders, players and components in the business environment. It will help me to convince these players of my ideas and it will facilitate my strategic initiatives, while it gains their support. The contemporary knowledge & skills is based upon the recently developed knowledge, backed by the scientific evidence, though these knowledge are still not owned by many people. So, within the organizational setting also, acquisition of such knowledge and applied skills, give an edge over the others. With proper application of such knowledge, a competitive advantage in terms of quality management, improved level of productivity & efficiency and development of talented human resource, is achieved.
