Solution
1. the person who consider all ethical aspects in decision making and leadership is called ethical leader. he concerns about ethics and morals while leading the task or work.
2. leaders should have and follow ethics. they are the people who leads the organization as a whole and they frames strategies to run organization in a succesful way. they are the top level people who influence total organization as a whole. so, if the leader is correct, then the followers also follow the same route. it is the responsibility of the board of directors of a company, how the firm is carrying its works. they are the leaders to the firm. these standards helps the firms to attract skilled and talented people and to retain them in the business.
3. when a leader fails to hold the standards, he lost control on his team and even his organization will lost goodwill in the market. it leads to failure of the team in the competition. majority of the people does not show interest to work for those kind of firms and under those kind of leaders. personally and professionally also he lost his credibility.
4. if one is good at his role and delivering the responsibilities correctly, then he is said to be correct. organizations should promote ethical standards in the organisation, and encourage the people to follow them. there are some organizations who establishes ethics and audit committee and they will monitor the activities. if any one or one department found any guilty, they will be punished. and people has to follow ethics with interest not with fear of some one or fear of caught.
