This is true because the productivity of labour can be increased by more educational institution and more expenditure on health.

Economic growth means production of more goods and services in a given financial year and more good and services can be increased with better infrastructure and transportation and more subsidy to the new industry.

All these things can be done with by the government only at cheaper rate. Although there things are provided by private sector also but they charge very high price. So all sections of society people can\'t take benefits from private sector.

So most of the people depends on government sector.
