This week’s lecture discussed creating long-term loyalty relationships. Think about some brands you are loyal to and why. Write a response discussing why you are so loyal to your brands of choice and what makes that brand so special (i.e., does the company deliver honestly what it promises?). What does the company do that encourages your loyalty? What further improvements could they make?

Generally customers are loyal towards the brands which delivers quality products, charge reasonable prices and provide good customer relationships service. Some of the brands towards which customers are loyal include Apple, Samsung, Amazon, Nike, Levi’s, Google, and Chevrolet.
The customers are loyal towards the brands because the company’s are delivering top quality products at reasonable prices. Furthermore, the companies provide good customer service. The companies employ friendly and empathetic employees that provide a happy shopping experience to the customers. Whatever the brands promise, they deliver it to the customers.
To encourage customer loyalty these companies provides loyalty points, discounts, offers to the customers. It motivates the customers to remain loyal towards the brands. To further improve customer loyalty the brands can provide financial and non-financial rewards to the customers. Furthermore the loyal customers should be given special treatment as compared to the new ones.
