The first one is the server implantation and lastly the second one is the services on the user ends platform (Noel, M., & Spence, C. 2011).

It is only through the web relationship tools combined with the front end base software enables tremendous incensement in productivity in larger organizations. SharePoint technology lets people or organization work closely together from their base location to share, view, mange documents and post information (Husman, G. 2010). The powerful technology of SharePoint aids resolution making a simpler and faster and also displays and share ideas throughout the world. In past years, the Microsoft brand has steadily continued to make and deliver the ultimately best products for businesses and making tactical software to serve business needs. \"On May 2010, Microsoft launched SharePoint 2010, the most anticipated release ever, it is designed to deliver the most comprehensive and best productivity experience of business collaboration available today (Cawood 2010)\".

On the other hand, if these are not implemented correctly, then the chances are there that firm will have to have many difficulties such as security breaches, wastage of company resources and time.
