as per hydrostatic law, in the expense of same fluid, pressure at a point at a same height is same for every case.

in all the cases, whether the tube is tilted or some granules are dropeed, the liquid is at the same level from the water free surface. hence, the pressure is same in all the cases and that is equal to case a.
