= ( 4x + 7 ) / ( 7x - 4 ) +  7x / ( 7x - 4 )

= ( 11x + 7 ) / ( 7x - 4 )

domain is { x | x not equal to 4/7 }

b) (f-g)(x) = f(x) - g(x)

( 4x + 7 ) / ( 7x - 4 ) - 7x / ( 7x - 4 )

( - 3x + 7 ) / ( 7x - 4 )

c) (f * g)(x) = f(x) * g(x)

= ( 4x + 7 ) / ( 7x - 4 ) *  7x / ( 7x - 4 )

= ( 28x^2 + 49x ) / (7x-4)^2
