   Most of the projects which are delivered are not within the budget not in the on time. As many of the projects in these days are taking
more number of days and high budget cost.

There are several factors which are lead to project failures :

01. Lack of knowledge in business requirements: Many of the project managers are unclear with the business requirements
and start developing without having complete knowledge on the business lead to project failure.
     
02. Most of the projects does not follow SDLC principles such as Water fall model, Agile methodoloy. During the initial phase projects
   are planned to follow the SDLC methodologies, Later on all will infollowed resulting project failure.
     
03. Lack of knowledge in scope of project: Some of the managers are lack in scope of project rather develops more what the user exactly wants
   resulting more time to deliver project and resuling project failure.
     
04. Usage of legacy softwares or technologies leads to more time taken in development results to project failure.

05. Lack of Plan vs Execution: Most of the projects are failing due to not follow of Plan vs Execution resulting project failures.
