If an individual claims to have job-related anxiety or depression, should the company be liable? Should employers be responsible for providing stress-free work environments? Is there more stress today than in past generations? Is there any evidence you can use to support your claim (depending on which side of the argument you take)? Do you use any stress prevention methods that are not discussed in the chapter? If so, what are they?
