Suppose a network failed on the average once every 1500 hours and it took about 3 hours to be fixed. What is the availability of that network as a percent? What is Lambda for that network?

so for every 1503 hours the network is unavailable for 3 hours and available for 1500 hours

the availability=(1500/1503)*100 = 99.8
