Solution

The original career plan for me was to be a professor. However the selection of an elective which provided clear understanding of project management and its importance in competitive business environment made me question by original choice because of my rising interest in business. Project management has always intrigued me because of its importance and necessity for any industry which has significance attached to time, budget and scope.

It is necessary for concrete deliverables which are effective and now I want to become a project manager for insurance and business field. I want to focus on managing complex and cross function ion all teams and understand the important process of change management.

There is high demand for project managers and there is constant pressure on companies to perform better. Portent management helps to bring all the pieces together and fulfill the objective.

The objectives will be to develop skills and focus on completing bachelors in business administration with project management followed by MBA
