Solution

First of all I need to make sure all the people that was inside the building are still alive and don’t need medical attention, if anyone is hurt I need to call 911 right now.

The child that was driven the car most likely was hurt, I need to locate his parents and give him assistance.

Is the gas pipe ok? Are there any signs of fire? Are people under bricks?

After all the people has receive proper help and the facilities have been quickly review I would call the local police to make sure they advise the correct process on this scenario.

I will need the help of my lawyer because I would be pressing charges against the parents of the child who drove the car, if there was any victim they are the ones who should be held accountable.

They are also responsible to any damages related to my store, even though I have insurance they will have to deal with this problem because it is illegal to leave a minor on an automobile that it’s not turn off.

I will need witnesses who were at my store to assist police officers on give declarations on what happened and also medical assistances to the hurt ones.

A contractor will need to come to the store and let me know exactly what was damage so it can be repair as soon as possible, meanwhile the store will be closed and we have to put signs outside letting know the pedestrians to be careful because constructions is on the way.
