Form, Function and Appeal are different aspects of products. Describe how you would manage NPI in such a way that each of these aspects is optimised, rather than compromised?

Solution

NPI can be managed on certain considerations such as when we do consider it\'s designing , though new product development (NDP) is a step by a Company which is effective only much the product is efficient.

It\'s designing must be done in consideration to look after the needs of people that is it must be beneficial to people, however it gets its time fir marketing as well. Must be made in a nominal cost for a prudent man so that it nay become accordingly to the need of people otherwise the company may face loss instead of profits , that is it may compromise rather than optimizing it.

Thus NPD is a step must be taken by a company after taking in all the cobsifconside all the requirements of a prudent person.
