P = 15

B = 8

H = sqrt[P^2 + B^2] = 17

= arctan(15/8) = 61.93 degree (First quadrant)

sin = P/H = 15/17

cos = B/H = 8/17

tan = P/B = 15/8

Now

cos = 2*cos2(/2) – 1

cos(/2) = sqrt[(cos + 1)/2] = sqrt[(8/17 + 1)/2] = sqrt(25/34) = 5/34

sin(/2) = sqrt[(1 – cos)/2] = sqrt[(1 – 8/17)/2] = sqrt(9/34) = 3/34

tan(/2) = sin(/2)/cos(/2) = 3/5

csc(/2) = 1/sin(/2) = 34/3
