Solution

A training program is a very complex and time intensive process. Training a certain group of people involves the serious scrutiny the individuals involved, it is important that the instructor have knowledge, skills and attitudes which should be passed to the students. The whole life cycle of training revolves around the pre- training, training, and post training. This different stage of training has certain phases. The phases include the analysis, design, development, implementation, and the evaluation phase.

Analysis Phase

This is the first phase when it comes training. The stage involves the clarification of the problem stated; at this stage, the institutional goals and objectives are primarily identified. The instructional challenge of the course is identified, the objectives are clearly identified, and major issues such as the level of skills of the learner are identified perfectly.

Design

At this stage a variety of concerns are addressed perfectly in order to achieve optimal courseware systematic development and design of the completely training program. This includes learning the objectives, content, exercise, subject matter analysis, media selection, lesson planning. Each is pursued under logical and orderly method of identifying, development and evaluation plans for meeting instructional goals.

Development

The developers and courseware designer from the design phase’s blue print create the content; this then includes design of the storyboards and graphics.

Implementation

This phase includes the procedures for training both the facilitator and learner. The facilitator should explain the method of delivery, testing procedure and curriculum. The student preparation includes training the use of new software and hardware.

Evaluation

It main purpose is to ensure that all stated goals of the learning process meet the specified needs. The other objective of this phase is to ensure that all business needs are met.
