In the above case, Nemo is wrong in not paying the residual amount to Leaf Guard. The Leaf Guard can sue Nemo in the court for not giving him the dues left. The court will take the action against nemo and has all the right to penalize him and in the end nemo will have to pay the dues left to Leaf Guard.
