The second will start at 8:18 which is arrived at 8:10 and it will be completed at 8:34 o\'clock.
The waiting time for second job is 8:18-8:10=8 minutes.
The third job will be start at 8:34 which is arrived at 8:20 which requires 4 CPU time.It will be completed at 8:38 o\'clock.
The waiting time for third job is 8:34-8:20=14 minutes.
