the people who mingle with their workers and perform their work, usually have less arguments at work place. because all of they knows what is right, what is wrong, what is easy and what is dificult. so, they know for what purpose they should work. the people who are co-operative, understandable and realistic people, they wont waste time and resources by arguing with others.
