1) Yes there are homologues of the gene IL2RG in other system but are conserved only to chimpanzee, dog, Rhesus monkey, cow, mouse, rat, chicken and zebrafish.

There is none in invertibrates, in vertibrates these homologues are found in the vertibrates provided above.
