Culture is about beliefs of a particular group. Beliefs like regional, caste, arts etc different region have different kinds of cultures and leaders and management should adapt those cultures. Leadership and management practices would be differ from one culture to another culture because in one area leader and management will act like the monarchy and they take their own decisions, in another area both they will interact with the employees to take any kind of decisions. In some places leader plays a key role to take any initiative but in some places employees will also merge to take the decisions.
In today’s world we know that in every organization there will be teams of different cultured people. Managers should interact with them because if the managers with the lack of interaction lead to many problems for the organizations, during the project execution can see the conflict between team and the managers.
