f\'(10) = -0.1 {negative because temperature will decease)
f(t+10) is approx f(10) + t*f\'(t+10) ,where t is in minute , for small value of t.
for next 15 sec , t = 15/60 = 0.25
so T = 59-0.1*0.25 = 58.975
most probably you put t = 15 ,which is wrong
