1. Material breach is a breach of contract that can execuse a party that has been harmed from the any of the performance and also gives them right to sue for damages that accur.

2. Minor breach is a breach of contract under this breach of contract doesnot have much effect as material breach and also gives the right to harmed party to sue for their damages that accur and also doesnot excuse them for the further performances. there is a limited restrictions.

Parties to a contract can disagree on the severity of a breach if only they had previously come into an agreement on how to deal with the breach after it occurs.
