Center of the circle (h,k) = mid point of the end points given

=> (h,k) = ( (-7+9)/ 2 , (-5+5)/ 2

=> (h,k) = (1,0)

and radius will be the distance between this point(center) and any of the given end points.

=> radius = r = (1-(-7))2 +(0-(-5))2  

=> r = 64+25

=> r =89 = 9.434 units

hence;

standard form:

(x-1)2+(y-0)2 = 89
