It is the understanding or methods which are required to be understood before launching of any product or goods and services in the market. As the complaints are always welcomed because the complaints an organization gets the opportunity to make changes in the quality of production. It should always keep the focus to make the quality better for getting the best price. An organization should deal with the complaints very positively and ensure that cost of the quality suits the product so that it prevents the customer not to raise any issue and the company also gets the height in the market.

The concept of non-linear trade-offs is basically the best-chosen alternative for the business process which is the opportunity cost. It is the concept which positions the value of money that can be utilized for proper alternatives which mostly necessary and the alternatives risk factor for loss should be zero.
The final solution for quality problems is to keep the focus on the price irrespective of product quality, for this purpose the correct alternatives or best possible selection of product should be made which fits the exact targeted area of that specific product and it should good in quality. Also, must maintain the efficient ratio of quality and price.
