In order to restrict the drug usage, the government must use (D) some combination of all the given strategies. Initially the supply must be reduced by imposing high penalties and actions to the producers .Also, one must get to restrict the consumers as well by taking Strict actions and this reduces the demand as well. A part of legalisation or legal issues must be considered in maintaining drugs and this is all because of the fact that, the drugs issue is a bit on the sensitive side all in all.
