2)do not share your device : when an employee share a device with others there is chance of data thefting from your device ,so better create different account and get them used with that account so that enterprise data

3)do not use cell phones in the office : many companies will follow this because there is chance that
the intruder is one of the employee .so if employee used phones they may transfer data to other person and
