Lame question, but is x^2 an exponential function.... and if so then why in the indefinate integral (x^2)(sinpix) is the u= x^2 when the mnemonic device LIATE says trig comes before exponential

(x^2) is a parabola meaning it has 2 roots real or unreal, and always has 2 x values which have the same y except for its \'vertex\' IE (0,0) on an (x^2) graph. it cant be called as exponential function
