Bill 1: Currently, only low cost fertility treatments are covered by health insurance (or not at all in some cases). This bill would require all US health insurance to cover In Vitro Fertilization treatments.

Bill 2: This bill would ban all gainful surrogacy (surrogate women receive payment) and would only allow altruistic surrogacy where compensation is limited to medical treatment (e.g. no profit)

Bill 3: This bill would ban pre-gametic diagnosis (PGD) for genetic conditions that do not significantly impact lifespan or quality of life (e.g. physical traits, sex, turner’s syndrome, down’s syndrome, certain physical disabilities)
