rate law: Rate = (0.546 L mol-1 s-1) [I-][OCl-].

[I-] = 0.0122 M

[OCl-] = 0.0465 M

rate = 0.546 x [I-][OCl-].

        = 0.546 x 0.0122 x 0.0465

rate = 3.10 x 10^-4 mol L-1 s-1

b)

[I-] = 0.168 M

[OCl-] = 0.0423 M

rate = 0.546 x 0.168 x 0.0423
