3 Now consider the truth of the following statements. These statements have less to do with research papers than with how you see facts, information, and knowledge and how they\'re created. Choose one or a few statements to complete another fastwriting session in which you type a second page. .There is a big difference between facts and opinions. Pretty much everything you read in textbooks is true. People are entitled to their own opinions, and no one opinion is better than another. There\'s a big difference between a fact in the sciences and a fact in the humanities. When two experts disagree, one of them has to be wrong.

The very first thing in making any research document is to know the thesis. You should know what are you going to do with it. Without knowing the thesis or without knowing what are going to arrive at you will research document will be not appropriate. However you will need to make yourself clear on the thesis part. Whenever we are preparing the research paper it becomes utmost important to know the objective or the purpose of doing the research. Else it may lead something else. Without having the proper objective we would not be able to arrive at the appropriate right result of the assignment you are doing. Whenever we are doing the research assignment it is always good to use our own opinion. Since we do the research we would know what the actual content is. We cannot go by other decision or judgment, may be other person would not know better than you since you are the one who would have done the entire research and not any one would know. Based on your opinion only you are going to write the assignment. When you are doing the research you will know all the facts and figures, what must have gone wrong and what must have gone right. We are not supposed to use even the articles which are published and done by somebody else. The other person must have used different ways of research and you would have used different ways of research.

Also whenever we are making the research assignment always taking the own experience and observation as evidence is very beneficial. Experience is some thing which you have personally seen or done something about the research. Any type of research you will need to refer many articles \\ documents, you will need to meet many people in the society whoever is relevant to the scenario or subject, you will need to go around the places, which is really going to give you many points when you are making an assignment. Also while doing all the steps in the research document the things you have observed when meeting people, places make a lot of sense and bring a lot of values to the document. Also it serves as evidence in many of the placs.

I can give my own experience on the research assignment I have made couple of years ago. I was supposed to do a research on the issue which I was facing in the company. In my company the team I was working had a target of processing 100 invoices per day. As per the calculation the target was supposed to be reached by 5.00pm in the evening. However all the team members were finishing the assigned target very early and they will go on long break. This was noticed by the senior management and we were told to bring in a proper research for this since the target was kept after all the calculation made and how much each employee can process invoices per day and averaged out. If that is the case how an employee can finished the target sooner than expected. Hence we started doing the research on a daily basis. I was sitting with each employee when the person was processing the invoices on a daily basis and I was doing the rotation with each team member to ensure that if it is the same reason all the employees are processing the invoices early. Also I was referring the invoices processed by the team members on a daily basis, kept the observation of the volume trend we have been receiving. After all the research for 3 months I came to a stage where I wrote a research document to present it to the management. Finally the reason found was, the invoices what we have been receiving had become very simple and employees did not have to do a lot research but in the initial days the invoices which we were receiving was very time consuming and each team member had to spend a lot of time on analysis for each invoice to be processed. However this was not intimated to any leaders in the team and employees were enjoying the benefit of rest of the time they were getting and was caught by leadership.

The reason I explained this scenario because to display when I was doing my research I knew what is to be done, I knew what was my objective, more than everything I did not go by what other person said and I used my own judgement to write the assignment \\ thesis. That helped me a lot.

2) I would like to pick the statement, there is a big difference between facts and opinions.

This is something very commonly seen experienced. Facts are actually document and opinions are framed in mind. For example if I see a person, some times without even knowing the person we will frame opinion and when we really talk to the person, mingle with that person and spend some time, we will really come to know the truth about that person. So, facts are always correct and opinions are most of the times wrong. I can give a solid experience which I had. When I was working as a manager, one new person joined the team and the first day itself when I saw the person I really did not like that person. I somewhere felt that the person is cunning and may be not a good person to mingle with. He was in my team for almost 2years and in 2year for the first 6 months I was not so close to him and slowly the months passed, that person started becoming close to me. We also shared the same habits of smoking which helped us to take breaks together.

Then we started going for parties together. SO, after 1 year I really felt that the person is very good and now we are friends. So, moral of the story is not every time the opinion we form are correct. There are many time s we tend to go wrong and this was one of the awesome example.
