The Project Manager himself overlooked the importance of project planning thinking that the other people were also quite ignorant of the planning aspects. This clearly shows lack of decision making and leadership qualities in the PM which will ultimately affect the scheduled progress of the project. The end result would lead to reduction in profit or even loss in the ibid project. The merits for project planning may be established by implementing the following:
(i) The PM should be bold enough to take decision and make everyone follow with due dilligence.
(ii) The project planning is a very crucial aspect of a project which eventually reduces the unwanted confusion during the project implementation stages and establishes an order in execution of the project thereby reducing a considerable amount of project cost.
(iii) The people working with the PM should be made aware about the Project Planning stratagies and should be induced with proper tools for its implementation.
