You are taking an antiviral for aids and one weeks you feel badly and stop taking your medication. What might happen to the viruses replicating in you when you resume antivirals?
Solution
It is always preferred that we should complete the medicine dose given by the doctor which helps us to completely inhibits the microbes.. Viruses are one of the most fastest diversing microbes whre it can mutate at a very higher rate.. When the medicine is stopped in the middle of the prescription it is defitnely possible that some viruses could have been saved.. Now they might have mutated itself or become resistant to the given previous medication due to which those medicines will not be able to affect the virus growth inside the body resulting in spreading of the disease in a more faster and advanced viruses cell..!!
