the external factors are changing business conditions, customer perceptions, attitude, competitors strategies all these comes under external factors to the management.

when it comes to internal factors, managing the change in organizational level, using updated technology, planning the output levels according to the customer priorities and so on.

when it comes to career management, the external factors are: the changing conditions in industries, and economic and tax laws in the particular nation. these two show impact on my earnings and my ultimate goal is earning money. and the two internal factors are, the ability to manage change and ability to learn new things and concepts, skills which requires to perform my job effectively.
