The article is all about the structure of healthcare system in the US healthcare organization. The journal describes the areas which require the changes in the healthcare organization. The research basically depicts the new rules and policies which has helped many people to get their treatments in the hospitals and nursing homes of the US. The condition of the healthcare system in the US was really improper in many years back as per the research says. But in the subsequent years, it has changed a lot when the new implementation of the rules and regulations by the government. There is no such burden for protecting the participants all research has been done with ethical conduct and the main situation which came around while doing the research it requires collecting the exact information by visiting the many healthcare organizations, meeting with the patients etc, this process is slightly complicated in research as none of the organization will want to share the secrets to the outside world which may bring problem to them, but the research is important to highlight any process.
