In light of the recent controversy her \"racist\" comments on Twitter have caused, you are under pressure to take action. Your superiors want to distance themselves and the network from any connection to the comments and express their outrage. Simply put, they want you to cancel the new series and to stop airing the original shows reruns in syndication. Something must be done, but say that ultimately the decision is yours. Here, the stakeholders are all those who benefit from profitable functioning of the network. This includes all the investors, the employers, and the ones related to the operation of the network. Cancelling the Roseanne Barr Show might be harmful for the ones associated with the show directly, but is beneficial for the network and the other shows in the long run. Like established, if the goodwill of the network is lost by continuing to run the Roseanne Barr Show, then the network will lose its credibility that had been created over the years with hard work. Competing networks would take advantage of this decision and increase their viewer base, which would be harmful for the network in question.
