Values of working class include being part of community, communicating directly without cliches, aspirations for better life of next generation, respect for work and caring attitude for community members, passing in values generation to generation, family orientation and firmly ground to the formal social structure. Professional class values include desire to earn more money, get excellent education, aspiring to do much more in life, building social contacts and groups, trying and adopting good things in life, professional success etc. Values of business owners are to maximisation of profit and expansion of business, getting all good things in life, little family orientation and more formality in relationships,desire to achieve spiritual gratification once all material needs are satisfied and build a good name for self.

Though these values can be classified as above, the real picture is much complex with many values overlapping over classes. For example one may find a billionaire businessman with a close knit family with good value system or a working class person living in isolation.

For family work, value system is often very strong, binding the members together. In many cases there is a shared system of values, beliefs and collective growth in which business functions are divided between the family members who work in harmony to take the work to new heights. However there are exceptions also.
