Short-term liabilities includes the current portion of debt which is classified as Current liabilities in the balance sheet.
Like in 2016 Total Current liabilities are $21535, this is Short-term liabilities.

Long-term liabilities includes noncurrent portion of debt which are shown after the Current liabilities as Long term Debt.
In 2016. Total long term liabilities include:

Deffered Income taxes of $34854
Other non-current liabilities of $10925
Total Long term liabilities is $101,345

Here the figures of the year 2017 isn\'t same as in 2016, here both the screenshots you posted are same. While for the year 2017, you can calculate both short term and long term liabilities on same basis as above.
