The hydrolysys reaction can be written
CO32- + H2O <=> HCO3- + OH-
K = Kw/Ka2 = 1.00 x 10^-14/4.84 x 10^-11 =2.07 x 10^-4
2.07 x 10^-4 = x^2 / 0.125-x
x = [OH-]= 0.00519 M
pOH = 2.29
pH = 14 - 2.29 =11.7
